1. Age Requirement & Platform Purpose
Access to SugarMummy Singapore is strictly restricted to adults aged 21+ in Singapore, adhering to Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) (Strictly 21+). Misrepresentation of age warrants immediate termination.
2. Voluntary Consent & Community Charter
All member interactions must be voluntary, enthusiastic, and respectful. Harassment, blackmail, extortion, or non-consensual conduct leads to permanent blacklisting.
3. Non-Commercial Interaction Standards
The platform facilitates genuine adult social relationships. Any solicitation of commercial sex work or unauthorized financial demands is strictly barred.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach consensual conduct standards without prior notification.
